Please Read before purchasing… I know, I know, no one has time to read the fine print these days, but I promise that I have made it as short and sweet as possible and it helps keep you in the know about your order!

Manufacturing Times

Since our bunk bed bedding is made to order for a truly custom fit, you can expect your bedding to ship within 2-3 weeks.  It can, however, take up to 4-6 weeks to receive on certain items or if the fabric is out of stock and needs to be ordered in.  If you are concerned about manufacturing times, please contact me and I will send in a special inquiry to the manufacturer for you. You will be notified of any delays in manufacturing.

Custom Bunk Bed Bedding & Returns

All bedding is custom-made in the USA according to your specifications, so please be aware that they are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing flaw.  In this case, the item may be returned within a period of 60 days for either repair or replacement at the discretion of the manufacturer.  There are several quality control checkpoints before your item is shipped out, and each item is carefully inspected prior to coming to you. If you interested in exact color matching, since colors can appear altered depending on your monitor, or just want to have the fabric in hand, we do offer fabric swatches for a small fee.

* Very Important: You have a 60 day return policy for your bedding, so please this in mind.  If you wait 6 months to first wash your bedding and you have any problems, the manufacturer will not offer replacements after that first 60 days.  Please understand that I can only advocate for you with the manufacturer within those first 60 days. After that, I can sure try, but I can’t guarantee a fix!

Laundering

Machine Wash Separately in Cold Water on Gentle Cycle using a Mild Detergent. Remove promptly after spin cycle. Line Dry if possible or Dry on Low/ Lowest Heat.

Special instructions for Hugger Comforters:

Like all comforters, bunk bed hugger comforters require special care when laundering.

You need to use a extra large capacity washing machine to launder hugger comforters.  If you don’t have one, I recommend dry cleaning your comforter.

Wash your bedding separately in cold water using a mild detergent, such as Woolite. Remove promptly after the spin cycle ends, as allowing a comforter to linger in the washing machine can lead to color bleeding. Line dry. If you do wish to put them in the dryer, put the heat on the lowest setting. I also add some woolen balls to fluff up the polyester fill.

Please note: If you have chosen bright, alternating colors for your comforter, I highly recommend using a color blocker sheet, such as Carbona Color Grabber or Shout “Color Catchers.”  If you are very concerned about bleeding, I recommend choosing either lighter colors or, if you want to use darker colors, choose the same color for both sides.   For the same reason you wouldn’t wash a red shirt in a load full of whites, try to avoid choosing a white printed primary fabric with a navy, turquoise, bright red, etc. reverse side.  My advice is to choose a color on the back similar to the front whenever possible OR, dry clean your hugger comforter.
